RETURN POLICY
At Josephine’s, our biggest goal is to well serve our amazing loyal customers! If you are not satisfied with your order we will do everything we can to make it better.
We hope you love your items, but we know sometimes things just don't work out! Please inspect your products and notify us via email with any damages or flaws within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
All items must be returned for an exchange within 14 days of receiving your items. Each item must have its original tags, be unwashed/unworn and must be free of odors. No returns on jewelry. All sales items are final, so please read description before purchasing. If you aren't happy with your online purchase, you can ship your item back to our store and we will refund you to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
