This medal is made by the official maker of the Miraculous Mary Medal for the Chapel of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal in Paris, which is the exact location of the very first Miraculous Mary Medal ever made. In a revelation to St. Catherine Labouré, Our Blessed Mother said that anyone who wore this medal would receive many miracles.
On the front of the medal around Mary, are the words, "Ô Marie, conçue sans péché, priez pour nous qui avons recours à vous" in French which translates to "O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you."
